The plan is available for up to 4 years from your date of fitting.

Forms can either be filled with a PDF form filler or can be printed, filled and uploaded through the submission form below. Completed forms can also be posted to Essential Care, Hidden Hearing Ltd, 3030 Lake Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24 or email our Essential Care Team at essentialcare@hiddenhearing.org.
When should I avail of the plan?
We recommend that you sign up when you purchase your new hearing aid(s) to make sure you are fully protected from day one.
