All of our hearing aid audiologists are fully trained to the latest hearing care industry standards, adhering to standards of proficiency, education and training while following the guidelines of clinical best practice provided by the BSA (British Society of Audiologists) , BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologist) , ISHAA (Irish Society of Hearing aid Audiologists) and HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) .
Our aim is to provide a patient centric approach, that takes in to account the individual needs of each patient, so all our hearing care experts are committed to their ongoing and continual professional development (CPD). This continuous commitment keeps them up to date with the latest advancements of hearing care technology, rehabilitation and aftercare to help them be the modern hearing care expert.
In Northern Ireland all our hearing care professionals are qualified to university level with a recognized qualification that allows them to register under the regulatory body of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) practicing as Hearing Aid Dispensers.
Hearing aidsStarting out as a hearing aid dispenser, Tim progressed to the role of Learning and Development Manager, Country Trainer and Chief Audiologist for Hidden Hearing in Northern Ireland.
Over the years, Tim has been responsible for developing the skills and competencies of Hidden Hearing’s network of clinicians, clinic coordinators and support staff.
Tim is focusing on building and nurturing centres of excellence by ensuring all the team at Hidden Hearing have the competency and skills required to ensure our patients have the very best experience at our clinics.
